A neonate is found to have petechial spots all over body with gum bleeding and hematuria after a full term normal vaginal delivery. CBC showing normal Hb and WBC with platelet count of 10,000/mm3.Peripheral smear examination is normal. Mother did not have any major problem during pregnancy and has no h/o any autoimmune thrombocytopenia or other autoimmune disease and having aplatelet count of 1,70,000/mm3. What urgently to be done?
